About the event
Why this event? The purpose of this event is to breathe. Qigong will be the practice and it’s a centuries-old system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health.
Stress is the number one factor causing sickness and pain. Let’s take care of that body and heart of yours through deep breathing and slow movement. We’ll also discuss a few foods that are healing as well. Everything you learn can be practiced at home and we’ll send you home with some goodies!
Even if this feels a bit too woo-woo for you, I still encourage you to still come try it out! Tyle owner, Kristina, tried this at her gym and loved the way she felt afterwards – so, she asked Michelle to share it with you all! This class is open to all levels!
